Zilla Sake marked another first in its history books. We are thankful to have shared this moment in partnership with Seisuke Knife. As a part of a special event for their store they flew in blade-masters from Japan. The tuna cutting event was part of a series of special events that were hosted by Seisuke Knife. We wanted to also thank Samantha Bakall who live streamed the tuna cutting on the Oregonian’s facebook page. The tuna cutting demonstration was followed by a private 20 course Omakase dinner–the first of its kind in Zilla’s history.
