Mission: Born out of the frustration of lack of honesty and accountability in the seafood marketplace and fair pay for the fishing industry, Two X Sea was founded in 2009. The goal is to alter the way seafood is farmed, caught and handled from fishery to plate. The education of consumers on the importance of our oceans and the food we harvest from it rests on the shoulders of we who sell and present this precious resource.
Freshness: Native Harvest has longstanding, direct relationships with individual Native fishermen. Proper handling and processing ensures the freshest fish. We also enjoy providing Northwest chefs with the highest quality, freshest seafood available.
Sustainability: Sustainability is ensured through our stakeholders (NW Tribes and the States of WA and OR) investments and their co-management relationship. All salmon runs are monitored continuously and managed accordingly to ensure future viability. All of our tribal fishermen are licensed and report all catch numbers.

Established: In 1992, Momokawa Saké, Ltd. was established as a joint venture between Frost International Group Inc. and Momokawa Brewing Inc. of Japan. A year later, the name was changed to The Japan America Beverage Co., focusing on importing saké from Japan for the U.S. market. What started as a saké importer, it soon became a part of the saké-making business once it became apparent that saké-making in Oregon was possible and there was a market for it. The original owner chose Oregon because he believed that the best quality water for saké was located in the Northwest, specifically on the east slope of the coast range. Water is one of the most important ingredients when it comes to making saké, which made Forest Grove, Oregon the ideal location. The company later changed its name to SakéOne in 1996 to reflect the goal of being the number one saké company in America. In 1997, the construction of the Kura had been completed and the first brewed bottles under the Momokawa and Moonstone labels came the following year. Between the two product lines Momokawa and Moonstone, SakéOne has won more awards than any other saké company in America and continues to strive for innovation and creating the best quality saké for its consumers.
